DTF works by printing transfers that are heat pressed to a variety of garments (and other substrates). There are many compatible fabrics including cotton, nylon, leather, polyester, and 50/50 blends. This is unlike DTG technology which mainly only works on cotton fabrics.

These machines are industrial-grade "All-in-One" systems designed for high-volume textile transfers, featuring the high-precision Epson i3200-A1 printheads.

## Key System Features
1. Advanced Printhead Technology
Utilizes Epson i3200-A1 heads with PrecisionCore technology. These heads offer a higher nozzle density (3200 nozzles) and faster jetting frequency compared to standard heads (like XP600), resulting in sharper details and smoother gradients.
2. Integrated Powder Shaker & Oven
Auto-Recycling: Automatically collects and reuses excess powder to minimize waste.
Dual Stage Curing: Features a 2-stage infrared drying channel to ensure the film is dry and the powder is perfectly melted without making the film "oily."
Suction Platform: Adjustable vacuum suction to keep the PET film flat during high-speed printing.
3. Reliability Systems
White Ink Circulation: Continuous stirring and circulation prevents white ink from settling, which significantly reduces head clogging.
Anti-Collision System: Sensors on the carriage detect film wrinkles or obstacles, stopping the head before it sustains damage.
Automatic Maintenance: Liftable capping station for easier cleaning and wet-capping during downtime.

Note: For optimal performance, it is recommended to maintain an environment temperature of 18–28C and humidity between 35–65%.
